Overview
Forwarders allow you to forward an email to a different email address or more than one person. These can be created from your cPanel or from within your Webmail account.
Before proceeding to the instruction below, Bluerock and Account Manager account users will see a vertical navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Access the Email Manager Forwarding Page
Account Manager
- Log in to your Bluehost control panel.
- Click the Hosting tab from the side navigation to the left.
- Choose the Server Email tab and click the Forwarders option.
- Click the Continue button.
- To forward emails, please see Email Account Forwarders below.
- To forward emails from one domain to another, please see Email Domain Forwarders below.
Bluerock
- Log in to your Bluehost control panel.
- For the Bluerock account, click the Advanced tab from the side navigation to the left
- Under the Email section, click the Forwarders option.
- Click the Continue button.
- To forward emails, please see Email Account Forwarders below.
- To forward emails from one domain to another, please see Email Domain Forwarders below.
Email Account Forwarders
Email Account forwarders will forward all emails from one email account to another.
Account Manager
- Click the Add Forwarder button.
- Choose the destination for the forwarded email.
- Enter the address inside the destination box.
- Click Add Forwarder button.
Bluerock
- Click the Add Forwarder button.
- Choose the destination for the forwarded email.
- Enter the email address inside the destination box.
- Click the Add Forwarder button.
Email Domain Forwarders
Domain Forwarders will forward all emails from one domain name to another. Domain forwarders only forward email when the system cannot deliver it to an address or autoresponder.
Account Manager
- Click the Add Domain Forwarder button.
- Enter the domain destination for the forwarded email.
- Click the Add Domain Forwarder
Bluerock
- Make sure you are in the Forwarders section under the Email & Office tab.
- Click the ▼ icon underneath the Managing section, then choose the preferred domain from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Click the Add Domain Forwarder button.
- Click the ▼ icon underneath the Domain and choose the specific domain you would like to be forwarded.
- Enter the destination for the forwarded email.
- Click the Add Domain Forwarder button.
