Billing Prefix Changes

Starting in December 2022, Bluehost and Newfold Digital (formerly Endurance International Group) will change how our invoices appear on your Billing Statements. This update is necessary to ensure a more consolidated image regarding how charges are displayed on your bank statements for a better understanding of our billing processes.

Simply put, before, you may have seen:

("EIG") + our team URL + our team Phone Number.

Now, when reviewing your card statements, you will see:

("WEB") + our team URL + our team Phone Number.

Who will this affect?:

This will impact all Bluehost customers.

What is happening?:

Newfold Digital and our team align how your payments appear on your account statements to alleviate unrecognizable transactions.

Why is this happening?:

Since NewFold Digital is our team's Parent Company, WEB is responsible for the billing and transaction information, so your statements will now reflect this. 

What Should I do? 

Since this change will happen on the back end of the billing, you need to continue using your account services with an active payment method, and when the next billing occurs, you should see the changes reflect on your statements.
